NDX Green Dental Laboratory

We are so pleased with NDX Greens. My mother had dentures made and had them put in yesterday. They look wonderful! NDX worked with us before and during the process to allay any fears she had. They went above and beyond for her! Highly recommend!

I would have given a zero star if,I could. I had a teeth brake off my partial in November, my dentist sent it to be repaired at NDX lab. Unfortunately a month later,the same teeth broke again and worse than before,plus I now live out of town. I called my dentist, I was told nothing they could do unless, I bring them back in so they could send them back. I spent and wasted over $200 for nothing!! Since I had spent that much money, I asked if I could have shipped them back to NDX myself? At least try and get what I had paid for. The young lady at Higginbotham Family dentist office suggested that, I try calling NDX. I don’t know if she knew or not they do not talk to patients. I guess that was to get me off there case since she didn’t answer me when, I called back to tell her what was said. I see most of the resent reviews are bad and show one 🌟. I would definitely ask questions if dentures are being sent for repairs at NDX in Herber Springs, AR. Since, I have moved out of town they could have at least setup a way for me to ship them back. Makes me wonder if that’s why they gave me my impressions?? They knew they were going to break. Sad wasting people money and time!!!

I would give zero stars if it would let me. I got dental implants and dentures in 2018 and have had several issues with the top denture. Teeth breaking off. This year alone I am on my 3rd of 4th time of having to send them in to be repaired. I am so over it. I was eating french fries when one of my front teeth popped off and then I was finishing eating my fries when the second tooth snapped off. I wasn’t aware when I paid thousands of dollars for these dentures that I would need to be on a liquid diet the rest of my life so, my teeth would remain intact. This is so frustrating and draining on my mental health. I work with the public and I can’t call out of work just because I don’t have my teeth. This is humiliating. I feel like there should be some kind of legal recourse for shoddy workmanship or at the very least they should pay for another top set to be made so, at least I have a spare set to use when I have to send the other one in for repair and they should have to pay my dentist cost as well. This has to be the absolute worst dental lab in the world. I had three implants put in in December 2020. Had to wait Six months for the healing process which is normal before the dental work to be started. The first bridge that came back from green dental labs was to yellow. It wasn’t the color that the dental technician and I picked out. We sent it back. The second time we requested chairside so they could see in person the issues we were having with it. It appeared the color had not been changed. In addition to that there were other issues with it that we’re not pleasing. It showed the embankment on the right side of my teeth, that tooth was much lower than the coordinating tooth on the left side and just look terrible. We sent it back again. The third time we requested chairside again. This time, it looked good. We could have used it if the chairside hadn’t broken it installing it. Every time we had to send it back to the lab was an additional 2 to 3 weeks that we had to wait to get it in. And another day that I had to go in for an appointment. The fourth time my dentist received the bridge it was perfect and would have been installed had a lab sent the correct screw for the embankment. This was supposed to be a simple fix and they were going to be back in the office the next two days so I dentist was going to have them bring screws with them and I was to go in on Thursday, two days later. However the lab did not bring any screws. So now I’m going to have to wait over the weekend, at least another three days if I’m lucky I might get it installed on Monday. However my dentist told me that the lab said they would need to look at it again and evaluate it before they could send it. This makes absolutely no sense because the issue is the screw that goes into the embankment in my mouth. And they don’t have that whole in their lab. I have been incredibly patient to this whole process. My dentist office has praised me more than once on my patients. But it has run out. I would not recommend this lab to anyone and it should be shut down. I told my dentist that it appears that they cannot deliver on the product and we need to start looking into other options. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I am lucky enough to actually get the bridge installed the next visit that will be five visits that I will have had to of made to my dentist for this process. Not counting the previous visits just for impressions and getting the ball rolling.
