I think the patients and potential patients should be aware of the incompetence and unprofessionalism that this dentist’s office has repeatedly shown. After making arrangements in my schedule for my appointment, I was told at the office that the dentist was not in and could not see me. No one from the clinic bothered to call me and inform me if this or offer to reschedule the appointment. And, on another occasion, I received a call the same day of my appointment for them to cancel my appointment with no offer to reschedule. And to make it an even worse experience, I still received a bill for the appointments. This is the worst patient care that I’ve encountered. So patients beware when dealing with this office!
