He’s a very good dentist and his staff is very professional, but I can’t ever get a call through. The line is always busy.

If you don’t have an appointment don’t come. They will let you sit there 3 or 4 hours before they see you. My toothache started one Friday night and as we know the dentist is closed on weekends. I went to crossroads family dentistry and sat there for hours in pain and finally left.

I was turned down as a walk in and told it would take two hours to verify my dental insurance. I arrived at 10:15am. I’ve never heard of such foolishness. I work in the medical field and I’ve never known it to take two hours to verify insurance. If the office didn’t take walk ins, just say so.

My daughter had been to another dentist in town and had a very miserable experience and on top of that almost got admitted to the hospital because of an infection that the dentist said "oh no worries if the body wants it out then it will push the infection out!" Thankfully we contacted Crossroads and they were very helpful and took all our concerns to heart and took very good care of her! I would recomend this group to anyone! Very caring and love doing what they do!
