Amazing Team 2I went to Gentle Dentistry. They gave me a printout of dental procedures to be done. I had questions about the potential expenses and why the prices differed from my insurance. Rather than address my questions, they sent a different list of procedures to my insurance company. I left the business after one visit due to the lack of transparency. Buyer beware.

People were very friendly and the dentist did do a great job fixing my tooth that was chipped... what I did not like was the feeling of being at a car dealership.... it was like the part where you are trying to finalize the deal... where the finance guy comes in and tells this, that and the other and the total cost will be this... and we can finance this with blah, blah... But, you clearly stated from the beginning that the only reason you came in was for the chipped tooth ... I could hear the same conversation (sales pitch) going on in the room next to me and the patient, like me, was annoyed.. This approach, in my eyes, was unprofessional. If the things they were recommending could have just been given to me when I left, I possibly would go back but, I didn’t like it at all... so, I will probably not be back... I felt pressured...

I recently visited Gentle Dental Riverside Central for an emergency tooth extraction due to an infection. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and at ease.  Dr. David Saed, the attending dentist, was not only highly skilled but also compassionate throughout the procedure. He ensured I was comfortable and thoroughly explained each step, which alleviated my anxiety. The extraction was performed efficiently, and I experienced minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. The clinic’s flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings, made scheduling convenient.  Additionally, their acceptance of most insurance plans and various payment options made the financial aspect stress-free. Overall, my experience at Gentle Dental Riverside Central was outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care.

Best dental service ever!!! I’m not sure about the other experiences people have had but the front desk was straight forward and informative with what documents and payments I needed before the procedure. I got two wisdom teeth out and I did not feel a thing! I was sedated and took a sweet nap. The anesthesia tech was very helpful and reassuring, the doctor was present and the surgeon was present before I was lights out. From my understanding the procedure was probably 30-45 mi(?) but felt like 1 min. In terms of how much I paid, it’s irrelevant since everyone has different coverage. I did pay out of pocket but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle. Thank you Gentle Dental!

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, I tried I truly did! But after multiple times of getting improper care, it’s frustrating! The first time I ended up not being able to get a cleaning because they were backed up! So I just got there sat for a whole hour just to be told they couldn’t see me! Finally I get an appointment for a cleaning and filling my cavities. However when it came to my “cleaning” it was done by someone who was clearly rushing. When I looked over my teeth they missed plague that I have on my front teeth AND told me I couldn’t even get my cavities filled because again they were backed up! They told me to come another day. I just don’t understand if you aren’t able to help me at the time I scheduled why even have that opening? or call me and cancel my appt! Again It’s so frustrating to have to go through this!! The only good thing about that dentist office is the receptionist with the red hair (I apologize I don’t remember her name) she’s been so kind!
