My review of "Gentle Dental" in Hesperia. HORRIBLE! I called in to let them know that I would be a few minutes late, the person who answered the phone was about as interested in me as a client as a box of rocks. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Then I get there about 5 minutes late, my appointment was at 11:30. While I had been waiting about 45 minutes, a woman that had been in the waiting room when I arrived walked up to the window and said that she had been waiting 1:45 and asked when she would see the doctor, they told her 25 minutes. So she waited nearly 2 hours. I had to wait 1:45 for them to call me in. When I went in, the doctor took an xray of my mouth, I was there to find out about implants for my full dentures that I have to wear. He took the x ray, and then said that he would have to take another one. I went to use the restroom and when i got back, he told me that he was not going to take another xray and that I need to see the office manager. So I went back into the waiting room. When I was called to the window, tye told me that I would have to see the other specialist. SO I waste nearly my entire monday rushing to the dental office, which, by the way, is a 45 minute drive from my house, and now i have to do ti all over again. The woman at the window was just like the woman on the phone, she might have been the same person, it was obvious to me that she could not have cared less about me or my time. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are customers before we are patience and should never be treated this badley. The office obviously does not care at all. STAY AWAY! No free electric toothbrush for me, they promise you to be entered in a drawing for one if you leave a good review, I guess they feel the need to bribe people to make up for their incomitance. I won’t go back.

I’ve been a here a few times everyone is friendly and helpful. They are some of the best dentists I’ve been to in a minute. They always make sure I’m comfortable and answer all my questions I may have. If you need a dental office I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Going to the dentist has always been an anxious time for me but it has to be done. These folks are wonderful and I will recommend them to anyone.

This place will try and scam you, repeatedly. We canceled an appointment and continue to be billed. We’ve made several calls and have been told that we don’t owe anything, but keep getting bills. I called today and am told to disregard the bill as I don’t owe anything, but they’ll keep sending the bill. Do not go here unless you enjoy the headache after the fact.

I felt very comfortable, they were very professional, and they worked with me with financials. They made me feel very comfortable with trying to keep the cost as low as possible. The dentist was very nice and kept me well informed. The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I would recommend this place to anyone.
