Went 4-6 months ago and decided to finally leave a review, after a horrible experience. Dentist did an alright job, but the receptionist and service was abysmal. Staff was rude and failed to reach my medical providers in time so I couldn’t get my prescription. You call, they don’t answer, you actually talk to someone and they hang up on you. They finally reach out to your medical provider and they give the wrong information so now you don’t get your prescription again. I’ve had kidney stones that were a more pleasant experience.

Honestly I’ve never been to a dentist I actually liked, let alone good with going back. I love this dentist office! Very very gentle! Very kind! When you have a fear of dentists like I did, it’s so important for the dentists and staff to be gentle and kind. I’ve never left a dentist without being sad or just plain old upset. Not here!!! The only tears leaving here are happy tears. And the waits are never too long either but you never feel rushed when you’re being treated. If you’re in the area don’t question it. Just make the appointment! Great great dental office! And that’s coming from someone with really effed up teeth! Well not anymore thanks to the staff at ProCare Dental & Dr. Joey!!!

The front staff was nice, I will admit. But the dentist and the nurse were completely unprofessional, I had told them I had a bad fear of needles. They proceeded to tell me in specific details on how they were going to put the needle in as slowly as possible, which only made me start to panic more. When I started crying saying I couldn’t handle it, couldn’t do it. They took off my neck napkin and kicked me out immediately after, no reassurance or anything. Staff was completely rude and impatient and I honestly left the place sobbing. Don’t come here.

Friendly staff. Terrific service. It can be very difficult to find trustworthy providers but i’m happy to say i love Procare Dental. Would recommend 100%. Can’t wait for my next cleaning. 🦷

Good dentist. I take my kids Dylan and Devin B. here since they were little over 11 years and any problems at all. Dr. Joey is fantastic and his staff too. I really recommend him.
