BEWARE for my fellow Hispanic High Desert community. I came in on 12/5/2023 as a walk in at 10 AM. I understood they were busy and would probably not be seen until 1PM and when I tried to tell them I had no problem waiting, their receptionist “Lory” rudely asked me to leave their office. And when I refused and decided to wait, another walk in patient came in and was given paper work to be seen. I confirmed with the new walk in patient if they had an appointment to which they said,”no”. When I confronted the front desk of the injustice, they rudely said I needed to go and I would not be seen at all today. There was no need for their faculty to have treated me this way without any explanation as to why I wouldn’t have been seen. This makes me believe I was turned away because of my Hispanic race and ethnicity and difficulty to communicate in English. The office staff should be trained to treat all patients with respect, courtesy, and dignity no matter of their race, ethnicity, or origin. Everyone deserves a right to healthcare. This racism and injustice I experienced today should never happen to anyone again. I hope this office team begins to realize the affect their lack of inclusion and diversity of not representing the Spanish speaking community in their office will have on their business and the community as a whole.

Today,August 22nd 2023 I went as a consultant with one of my patients. They removed all of her top teeth yesterday and gave her an immediate denture and told her to wear it immediately for 24 hours and that this would be her final denture. Why would you wear a denture for 24 hours straight right after you had all your top teeth removed and have stitches? Staff was super unprofessional and when I raised concerns and asked to see her treatment plan along with what they billed the insurance for I was told that we could not have that information, we would have to wait a week. I explained to them that once her gums healed that denture would no longer fit her and that they would need to do another set of impressions and make her a new denture which they tried to talk us out of. What a joke! Do not go to this place, scam artists!

They hurt me and I told them! It got so bad that I stopped them! The female said that I wasted a numbing shot someone else could have had! I checked her and she was a bully because I am a old 60 yr old woman with a Native Pride hat on ProbIsreal pin and a holy bible pin on my cap. She was racist against me! I left with no antibiotics for a massive jaw infection and no pain pills. The front end woman told me to shut up when I begged for them! They are worse than Save Dental with their homeless people hanging out their door! I am going somewhere else and rmore reports on them!!!!

They are very unnecessary aggressive and quick to suggest fillings and other things even when it is not needed. I believe that they care about receiving money from the insurance company more than the care of their patients I just left their office and left at the beginning of the cleaning procedure because Dr. Zakhary (who was cleaning my teeth) hurt me very badly- I never experienced this type of pain during a dental cleaning.
