There's no reason to announce to the entire office that our insurance is no longer valid. (A simple mistake of an expired cc on auto pay). Your voice is SO loud. I've worked in this field and people don't want their private information yelled across the office. It's simple to call someone to the side to explain the situation privately. An unprofessional experience today, 7-1-21 at this office.

If I could give a zero to this place I would. I’m a medical patient, so that tells you how they treated me right from the start. Staff rude, incompetent. The dentist who originally did my exam, racked up a full work up of what needed to be done, then each appointment I had they miraculously lost my x Rays.. how can you do that when they are digital? Then had to start a crown, the dentist was working on me with broken glasses how can you even see correctly when your lenses are shattered!!! Then tried to numb me twice each time he started drilling I told him it hurt he kept going anyway. I had to push his hands away.. so I had this freakin hole in my tooth and now sense dental changed the way it works supposedly I had gotten a whole in my tooth which they never fixed.. now I have a completely broken tooth because of their deadlock. Did the biller send my information in so we can fix me tooth they started and refused to fix??? Nope... not at all!! Don’t ever go here!!

I have went to this facility last year in sept 2020 waiting and waiting on an approval for a deep cleaning from medical,I was never ever contacted and called multiple times said no auth call back month and month and month I called back and they couldn't find my auth and was told they will resubmit months and months nothing I believe the ball was dropped BC 9 months in pain from teeth should never be and excuse especially with health issues. I at first like the location and the cleanliness of the facility but the half provided service is not customer service satisfactory in my book it doesn't matter what care from a benefit program you receive this is what pays the offices for there care and concern which obviously isn't taken into consideration. I would definitely look for other options at this point. Disappointed

I used to love this dentistry establishment. Dr. Bryant was awesome. My son went in December 2020 for check up and cavities. Horrible experience. Dr. Dang is horrible. He filled 6 cavities which now I am even wondering if my son even had that many. He messed up the filling, so my son went back to have it fixed a few weeks ago. Still no relief. He called and they told my son he couldn't get back n until February and to go to urgent care for his pain, I called back to speak to the manager...no call back. I called another dentist that can get us in TODAY for his pain and can help us. Dr. Dang messed up my sons teeth which are beautiful since his orthodontist was Dr. Burke. If you could have negative stars that is what I would put up here. The manager isn't that busy to return a phone call with in 30 minutes. I used to recommend this place now I urge you DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST.

I really regret no looking up reviews on this place. The complaints others had is exactly what happen to me. Root canal failed miserably leaving me with more pain then I can imagen. They said insurance would cover it all. But when I went to my app they said My Insurance would not cover what they started. The MANAGER said “We will not touch that tooth u less you pay 468.00 cash up front or wait to see if your Insurance covers.” She said it would take more then 3 weeks. Because I was in so much pain and I could not go another day with the pain, I paid cash. They took my Christmas money and part of my rent. I called them 3x and told them my pain is at 100% driving me mad, and nothing. The root canal failed because I am in worst pain then before . 2 days passed and they got back to me and said that I need an oral surgeon to extract and they are full until January, there for it’s best I call my Insurance to get another dental office. They have abandoned me. Still in pain today and I am running around the town looking, begging for a anyone to pull it out. The assistants are nice. One receptions is not very nice. She will not greet you for the life of her. She might not like her job. I was abandoned by this place and they could care less. It’s sad because it’s in a great area , but others then that don’t recommend.
