Finally! A dentist that doesn’t try to upset or overcharge you, or tell you you need thousands of dollars of work replacing your fillings and crowns on the first visit! They don’t try to push the deep cleanings and Laser treatment! They are clean kind, professional and friendly! You are called on time, never have to wait past your appointment time. They always make sure I am comfortable and are sensitive to my Dental anxiety, caused by previous dentists. Finally I have found an honest, caring dentist in Chino!

My whole family loves this practice! They are professional and courteous from the front office staff all the way back. They seem to always run on time, they are honest and upfront about cost and billing, gentle in their procedures and quick!

I was visiting family in Chino from out of state. While there, my crown became detached and I needed to find a local dental office to have it re-cemented as soon as possible. I located Valdez Family Dentist Practice online via my insurance’s list of in-network dentists in Chino, CA. I called for an appointment and was so glad to get a same day appointment. The office staff were all very friendly and professional. Dentist, Dr. Vivian Valdez was great! She was able to re-cement my crown perfectly in very little time.

So hard to find a good dentist but I can’t recommend them enough! Staff is very friendly and explain everything throughly, from prices to finding the best appointment date and time for you. I saw Dr. Vivian Valdez and she was so reassuring that any nervousness I had at seeing a dentist just disappeared. She was through in her examination, clarified all the questions I had and made only necessary recommendations. Her voice was soothing and she was cheerful as she worked keeping you cheerful and engaged without asking you questions that you would have to answer with a vacuum in your mouth like some dentists do! The best part of the while experience they did not try and upsale! They told me exactly what they needed, made clear what the insurance covered, and didn’t push diamond studded crowns or anything crazy that wasn’t needed. Amazing dentist, amazing experience!

Amazing family dentist. Dr. Valdez was gentle and the first dentist to actually explain things in layman’s terms. I’ve never felt more comfortable and healthier! Definitly pop in and see them! 🙌🏽
