Amazing Team 2I very happy with the 2nd opinion for my son to get his treatment. My insurance did not cover his treatment however I am very happy with the service treatment payment plans and the staff in his they covered my son treatment plan. My son is very happy as I am and now for his treatment journey to brighten his smile with confidence. Thank you staff and Dr for this great experience. Jackie S our treatment coordinator is very helpful and just loved our experience.

This Orthodontist is amazing! My daughter never had to wait, as soon as we got there she was seen! Everyone one is super sweet and very professional! It was my daughter’s birthday today and they made her feel super special! Thank you for the amazing service and for making my daughters day special:)

I can’t say enough good things about Cool Smiles and everyone we came in contact with. Ms. Jackie, Dr. Patel, and everyone who worked on my daughter were caring and thorough. We felt welcomed and the staff was truly amazing. I highly recommend Cool Smiles in Lake Elsinore.

I love Cool Smiles Ortho and their staff. Always so friendly, informative, and patient. 2 of my teens for their braces from this location. When it’s time for my younger daughter she will be going here too. I wouldn’t recommend any other place.

This review is Looong overdue! I have been meaning to write this review. I got Invisalign along with my wife and the process really has been seamless. Jackie Shelton has been literally a joy to have met. She has helped me with payments, insurance info, and any and all other questions and concerns I’ve had. Her customer service has been top tier and she is one of the main reasons why I waited to give a solid a review of this place. I’ve been going for a year now and she truly has been an absolute joy to be dealing with. Thank you Jackie for your consistent service and always smiling!
