THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!! They take Medi-cal for a reason.. to get those patients in the door and then over charge the insurance and bill the patient for fraudulent services. The office manager Isamar Martinez, and whoever else is behind her (Dr. Chang who prescribed my "treatment plan" and my oral surgeon was Dr. Wright) are legit SCAM ARTISTS. Have you ever heard of a bone graft after wisdom teeth removal? On all 4 teeth? Yep they charged me $1800 for all four bone grafts, but here’s the fun part... I didn’t actually get 4 bone grafts!!! I’m having to go get another set of dental x-rays and a written letter from another dental office proving Isamar, and the surgeon lied and fraudulently charged me for a service that wasn’t actually rendered. Their business model is prescribing services you don’t need in hopes you don’t notice and just SIGN HERE and go with it. Unless you like to fight for your money to be given back to you, avoid this place like the plague. If you are a patient here I suggest you LOOK OVER ALL YOUR INSURANCE PAPERWORK AND PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THESE PEOPLES DENTAL ADVICE.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Went for a root canal and thought it went well. Then I came back 3 months after and they told me it wasn’t put correctly so I had to redo it again. I was like sure I would want it for free since it was the dentist error. The dentist since left and I moved to a further city. I recently went to a new dentist and he still told me the root canal was wrong. It hasn’t even been a year since that second root canal. I called this office to get more information about it for my insurance to cover it. They said that they had no record of it and that it was done in another tooth. I assured the manager that I only had one root canal and I can take the new Xrays as proof. Now I have to pay for it myself as my insurance has no record of it and I don’t trust coming back to this place. They are just committing insurance fraud as they do not do things right and do not want to tell the insurance about it.

I was scared to get my teeth cleaned, because I have receding gum line and I didn’t want it to hurt. I let the staff and Dr Tamer know AND THEY REALLY LISTENED. Dr Tamer numbed that area with a topical numbing solution and it didn’t hurt AT ALL! He kept stopping and asking if I was OK, or if it hurt throughout the whole cleaning. I had a cavity (First time in many many years), I was embarrassed and he reassured me that I am brushing well, and sometimes it just happens. He made me feel very comfortable and he even had time to fit me in his schedule to fix my cavity right then! I was so happy, because I didn’t want to come back in to fix it. I felt so much better after. Everyone was so caring and professional. Highly recommend!!!

I am pretty terrified to go to the dentist due to a horrible root canal experience 8 years ago. I voiced my concerns to the dentist and the dental assistant AND THEY REALLY LISTENED. The dentist reassured me with how he was going to help me through the procedure. He communicated with me throughout and was constantly asking if I was okay. I felt so much better after. Everyone was so caring and professional. Highly recommend!!!
