Plaza Dental Group: Watanabe Bryan DDS

This was my first time coming here, went to check in and was supposed to sign forms but their computers weren’t allowing it, they said we can sign them back in the room, I sit down and see how dirty it was in the room. They came and did my X-rays, saw the dentist which told me I have no cavities even though the previous dentist I went to said and showed me I have two minor cavities on my wisdom teeth also got my full cleaning done which the dental hygienist made me feel disgusting, hearing her tone in her voice and she shamed me for having gone to long without a cleaning and then I sign my consent for treatment forms after everything was preformed. This office was not only very dirty but made me feel uncomfortable from the second I walked in the door. I was treated very unprofessionally, I will not be coming back to this establishment.

What a joy it was to have such excellent care. Everyone and I mean everyone was beyond helpful and supportive of each other to ensure that I received prompt professional service. From the moment I made the appointment, James was so helpful. Dr Jackson was the best dentist I’ve ever had the privilege of having. And I’m 75, so I’ve had a few. Gotta take care of what the good Lord’s given me. Thank you James, Dr Jackson, Susan, Gina, and Karina!! Amazing experience, deep cleaning and a complete ( necessary) porcelain crown all on my first visit, I was so grateful…. It was more like a spa day. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a good dental office.

I love Plaza Dental Group. Everyone is super friendly. We love Dr Jackson and staff. I just had my teeth cleaned by Shannon and she is amazing. My husband and all 3 of my children see Dr Jackson and they all adore him and that says a lot. My children have never looked forward to going to the dentist before but now they don’t mind at all.

I want to THANK the entire team at Plaza Dental Group…Karina, Rebekah, Gina the hygienist and Dr Jergensen also Chip the manager…and Dr. Jackson as well! I am so happy with their amazing service and attention to detail concerning my dental hygiene. My teeth are very important to me and from the very beginning of my treatment I have been well taken care of and informed about what is required to take excellent care of my teeth every step of the way. I received an answer to prayer today because Dr. Jergensen help identify something I have been dealing with for 10+ years inside the left side of my mouth and jaw. I’ve cried and prayed and cried and prayed for answers and received my answer today…HALLELUJAH GLORY TO JESUS MY LORD AND SAVIOR!!!God answers prayers through destiny helpers HE sends into our lives and I received my answer! PLAZA DENTAL GROUP provides excellent care for their patients and I highly recommend them for amazing dental care…THANKS SO MUCH!!! BLESSINGS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!

From the moment I walked into Plaza dental group, I knew this dentist office was different. The receptionist (Chip) was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the practice and insurance breakdown. Doctor Jackson is a phenomenal dentist with a very kind disposition. He was informative about the procedures deemed necessary. During said procedures, he was gentle and told me about the process step by step. He also made sure the comfort level met my needs. *The dental hygienist and assistants are very friendly as well* My anxiety about going to the dentist has been greatly reduced because of this experience. If you are looking for a Dentist- look no further. I highly recommend Doctor Jackson and Plaza Dental group!
