Highly Recommended 3This office is not holistic at all. Extremely unprofessional unacceptable communication standards in the office and my personal care assessments being done by an unlicensed front desk staff person without review from a licensed staff member. Terrible old musty office atmosphere that has not been updated in ages. They just use holistic as a name to draw people in. Nothing holistic about the office standards practices and policies at all. Suggest for the office staff to work on ensuring professional communication standards are always in place. And to keep their front desk person who is unlicensed from making assessments related to patient care. I wont ever go back and suggest that you find another dental office. Especially if you really want holistic this is not the place. There are lots of good dental offices out there.

No fluoride. What dentist office doesn’t believe in fluoride?? Saw the doc. Kid had zero cavities in 4 years. 6 month checkup, hygienist claims 6 cavities. Doc did not discuss diagnosis w parent or patient. Not one word. No fluoride applied. Only bitewing (side) x-rays taken. If kid suddenly has 6 cavities, should have x-rayed ALL teeth and applied fluoride! And doc should have examined patient himself. I expressed deep concern. Receptionist told me, don’t worry.. Ins will pay. Holistic office, so they don’t use fluoride Just holistic drill. Not remotely interested in why I canceled. Also, gives out prizes for good reviews.(Spin the wheel to get paid for your review.) Mostly friendly.. Too many red flags. Lost trust not easily regained.

The care here is very very good I gave them 5 star. Expert dentist in functional medicine - clearly lots of experience and knowledge. I liked the dental assistant and her cleaning and the ozone. And the office staff is very kind and helpful!! Good products for sale also with not high mark up. I highly recommend this office and the dental care.

I have been going to Smile Haven Dental for probably 10 years now and I’m always very happy with my experience. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and kind and they remember me every time I come in. Dr. Chan and his staff are extremely professional and personable and it is always a great experience. I know that going to the dentist isn’t the most fun thing for most people but I always appreciate my visits with them. A few years ago I moved about 15 miles away from their office but I still make the trip because I value and trust them with my dental needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

My first time going to this dentist and frankly it’s been a long time. I do love going to the dentist, never had a bad experience. But this team here, they were awesome!! They were thorough in the procedures I needed done (remember it’s been awhile), the staff had great personalities and Dr. Chan took my insurance into consideration. When filling out the initial forms I noticed they were different than most dental offices. They take a holistic approach, everything is connected. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team.
