Cleaning 2Arbitrarily cancelled my appointment and instead of telling me the front desk (Chloe) decided to make up a fairy tale about my appointment being across the street. Evelyn (who made the appointment) was sitting right there while all this was happening, didn’t say a word and then tried to act like she was doing me a favor by making another appointment several months out knowing that I already waited several months for the appointment they arbitrarily canceled. This isn’t the first time I’ve been screwed over by their inept and apathetic front desk but it’s definitely going to be the last. If you love being gaslight by morons every time you try taking care of your mental health then this is the perfect place to go. If your insurance permits it save yourself the headaches, wasted time and wasted gas and go literally anywhere else

Dental Annex 3rd floor The best ever cleaning I’ve ever had! Such care, gentleness, efficiency and precision! Best dental touch and water suction performance /scraping by Dr Johnson and Guadalupe. They made my experience pure pleasure. Wonderful paperwork kindness and efficiency by Genevieve at front office. My teeth and me felt so loved and well cared for. I know this sounds so over the top but that’s what it felt like. Quality of care A+. Thank you to all staff!

Dr Johnson flirted with his assistant in front of me. As well as he got corrected by her about my filling. Then instead of doing two fillings as what I had expected with my front tooth filling only taking 20 minutes he had me schedule for another day. If I had known previously i would of booked all my appointments because now I have to wait another 2 months for the next availability. Hes rude makes it awkward and honestly should not be practicing if someone is having to correct him. The front desk also love to answer the phone rudely over talk you and when i had mentioned, “ wow id have to wait that long for another appointment.” The receptionist said, “Thats life.” The staff definitely would benefit from customer service training.

Had an exceptional apptmt with DrJohnson for deep cleaning and his staff, I was so scared and it went so efficient and well. Shots made sure no pain. Faster and easier than I thought. Really great people. I had questions and staff were very helpful. Felt super relieved. Just coming off numbing and feel super. Yay! Next day, I feel the best ever from deep clean! AND I WANT TO thank Lupe in office!! I had a question for busy dentist and SHE CALLED ME BACK. I can’t say enough thanks and great compliments for Dr Johnson and staff!!

I had the worse experience of my life in this facility. I went I. For a severe toothache, doctor Phillip Johnson avoided my affected tooth and focused on other teeth that will cost more . After paying for e rays and and informed him that I want to pay for the filling that is causing me the pain. He refused to treat me , and didn’t even prescribe me any type of antibiotics. I have no idea what was his motive. I really felt humiliated and disrespected by the doctor , and instead of getting some relief . I went back home with the same pain and humiliation and disrespect . For reasons I really can’t comprehend
