I went to get a tooth pulled. After two weeks my tooth still hurt. I went back to get it checked because I had a piece of broken tooth sticking out of the side of the area. The "Dentist" asked for X-rays to show me it was not a tooth but a bone. She said that happens sometimes. The piece of broken tooth finally came out today. I had to pull it out myself. And I also agree, the woman in the front desk doesn’t seem to know how to communicate with the people in the back. I almost walked out without antibiotics after the dentist said to wait for my prescription. The woman in the front told me to go home and I am not going to get anything for pain or antibiotics. She had to be correct by one of the nurses to make sure I got my medication. I wouldn’t recommend having tooth removal here. The "Dentist" said I was still in pain and dealing with a lot of mouth sores because I was too scared of getting my tooth removed, she called it my phone, I think she was calling me crazy. I was nervous. I thought a professional knows to cancel or reschedule when the patient is too nervous for any kind of procedure. They still pulled out my tooth. It’s been almost 5 weeks now. The area is still in pain, but they now consider me a crazy lady who complains a lot. I believe I have every right to complain. I paid 500 dollars for a bone draft. I still have a whole in the area. And pieces of broken tooth still come out every now and then when I brush my teeth.

Dr Vida Family Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to From the Receptions to the Dental assistants i find them very professional at what they do. Dr Vida is hands down the best doctor ever. She is really kind to her clients and very welcoming. I am happy I found her office and will only go to her office for my dental needs as everyone should. Highly recommend.

I sent my wife to Dr. Vida for her dental care, as I had personally a great experience with her. Just like me, my wife was very happy with Dr. Vida for her professionalism and her empathy. She is a kind person who makes her patients feel welcome and goes out of her way to provide excellent and gentle dental care. I would recommend her any day and am very glad my wife and I found such a caring dentist.

Dr. Vida and her staff are amazing! I am a total baby when it comes to getting dental work, but Dr. Vida and her assistant make me feel comfortable. I needed a lot of dental work done. Dr. Vida did an amazing job and always asks if you are doing ok. I will refer anyone who asks me if I know an awesome dentist.
