Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Las Posas from start to finish, they made my Invisalign journey smooth sailing. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. Dr. Tran did an outstanding job, guiding me through each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. My results are beyond what I could have imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign treatment!

I have been pacient of this office for years. I have straggled with the people in the front desk for their strict rules making patients follow unpractical and red tape rules. They honestly do not care about their patients. Today after 7 years of being with them I went 3 hour earlier to let them know I couldn’t make to the appointment I had the same day. The manager was so strict and no even try to help me with my kind request of postponing the appointment she just kept saying I had to pay 50 usd due to the no sho. They genuinely do not care about their patients. Every time I come here I feel like they are full of rules and getting their service is so difficult. I hope the people in the front desk and management understand that they are in the service business and they are so strict to their rules that make their clients experience painful and unsatisfactory.

I recently had an experience with Las Posas Dental Practice that left me feeling quite frustrated, and I believe it’s important to share my feedback. During my interaction with their office, I was informed of a rather unexpected and, in my opinion, unreasonable policy. I had scheduled an appointment with Las Posas Dental Practice and like anyone else, life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. On the day of my appointment, an unplanned event occurred that required me to reschedule. I called their office to do so, only to be informed that there would be a rescheduling fee of $50. I expressed my surprise and frustration to the staff, explaining that I had never signed any agreement or been verbally informed that rescheduling an appointment on the day of the appointment would result in a significant fee. What infuriated me even more was the explanation that this fee was posted on their window, and I should have known about it. I was taken aback because, no one had ever mentioned this fee to me when I scheduled the appointments or in the past. To make matters worse, I was informed that even if I rescheduled the same appointment, I would still be charged the fee on that visit. To be blindsided by this fee was not only inconvenient but also felt unjust. I believe that transparent communication is key in any professional relationship, especially in healthcare services. Patients should be made aware of any policies or fees when scheduling appointments to avoid surprises and ensure a positive patient experience. My recent experience with Las Posas Dental was disappointing due to the unexpected $50 rescheduling fee. While I value the quality of dental care they provide, I hope they reconsider their approach to such policies to maintain a positive and transparent patient-provider relationship.

I went in for an extraction. The dentist was annoyed with me because I wasn’t getting a $10k implant. My appointment was just for the extraction but he was still not happy with me. He haphazardly used a q tip to apply the topical numbing med. not wasting any time he proceeded with the injections when it wasn’t even numb. It was the most painful dental experience I have ever had. I told him he was nicer to me at my last visit when I was there because my crown came off. He said he couldn’t save the tooth and asked if I would be interested in an implant. I was scheduled to see a different surgeon and that’s when they told me the cost. Since I wasn’t getting the implant, I was told I had to go back to the other surgeon. And the rest of the story you read at the beginning of this post. Very upset.
