I’m not sure how this place has good reviews I’ve been back and forth! And I’ve waited up to a month to try and get help & they are not able to fix what they missed up on! A dentist screwed up my fillings & ever since they either make excuses for my appointments they don’t care to make considerations on my preference on appointments time wise meanwhile im in pain I can’t chew correctly I’ve explained that to them through the phone I’ve tried to explain I work and they don’t go above or beyond on patient care I’ve spoke with Ofelia, with other people in the office and it seems as if they only care when you show up to the office and even then you get sent home with no help ….. quick to bill insurance but not fix their mistakes on patients

Ofelia is great , she has great customer service, she explained everything in detail. Delia the office manager is so kind professional and helpful. I recommend coming to western dental, and Delia and Ofelia take care of you. Very happy with their service.

I had a great experience here. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Elizabeth does a wonderful job and she is so gentle. I always have a good appointment with her. I also love Jackie! She is so helpful and kind every time I see her!
