I’ve never had any healthcare provider so reliably change appointments without advance notice, or cancel appointments late as this dentist group. That goes for both their Davis and Sacramento offices. It’s always a challenge getting a hold of someone as they have long hold times just to get disconnected. And then they will change appointments and say something to the effect oh “oh we were just going to call you about that”… Dentists are nice, but it’s over 50% of the time there’s some scheduling issue that pops up last minute and is incredibly frustrating with very little concern or care seemingly from the staff at either of these places. They must not need the patients.

These folks do not live up to the sadistic dentist stereotype, they are great. I have a lot of issues that make getting dental work challenging and they are so patient and gentle you want to come back for your next appointment. Now that I’m going to the dentist regularly, my teeth feel much better.

Great experience! I am a new patient and new to the area. The team was well coordinated, professional and personable. Dr. Vicuna was extremely thorough. I highly recommend!

Sergio did perfect on my filling! I love the staff. They are funny and treat you well. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth done and woke up not needing pain meds at all at this establishment. 10/10 experience..

Usually feel super anxious and nervous going to the dentist but this team made it so easy and straight forward. You’ll have to plan to wait a bit initially but I will say they move so efficiently once you’re taken back. 10/10 recommend coming here for all your dental needs!
