This dental practice has changed so much since Dr. Zander sold it and the new owners took over. I have been a patient here since I was a child and Dr. Eakin and Dr. Ward owned it. All of the hygienists have left. Office staff have left. Hours have changed. Cancellation policies have changed and fees have increased. The personal touch is gone. This is a corporation and its sole purpose is to make money. They do everything in their power to bill your insurance for as much as possible. My family and I are leaving this practice after over 40 years of being patients. If you don’t care if you’re just a number then you may be fine here. For me, it’s no longer worth staying and I will not recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I don’t like their business practices. Several of my co workers also have left this office since Dr Zander left. I’ve had nothing but problems with the office aspect of this place. They strait up lied to me about delta dental no longer being billable directly. They often don’t return calls. They send me bills that don’t make sense. I typically have to stand waiting at the counter to check out for too long, every time. And then today they told me they wanted me to pay more than $800 up front “to reserve the doctors time”. I’m done with this place.

I think this was the best experience at a dental office I’ve ever had. From the call to make the appointment they were welcoming, professional and timely. The staff welcomes everyone with great smiles and social interaction. I felt like I was in their home. Dr Alizadeh and his assistant were Fabulous. They have all the state of the art equipment that make your visit so much more enjoyable. If you’re afraid of the dentist you should go to Sacramento River Dental Grp. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars ⭐️ 👍🏻

From the minute I arrived the ladies at the front desks were not only friendly but also helpful. Great first impression. The new office looks great. Gretcha did a great job; she was great at explaining everything, making needed suggestions and was great at communicating during cleaning and X-rays. Very professional.
