Dr. Phung is a very caring person to his patients and his staff also provide great customer service. I don’t like to see dentist because of my personal dental problems but Dr. Phung took care of my teeth and made me feel comfortable when I did the treatment. I recommend this place.

If I can give them no stars, I would. The clinic’s service is terrible. They promised to arrange for someone who can speak Cantonese to assist me when the dentist examines me and my wife. Last week, when this clinic staff notified me of my appointment, I reminded them to arrange for some one who can speak Cantonese assist me. They again promised me that they will. Today, I come to see the dentist, but he refused to examine my wife and me since I couldn’t speak English that well and asked the nurse to pass my case back to the insurance company. Although not my first language, I can still speak English, so I told the dentist that we can still communicate with English, but he still refused to examine me. He could have said that he was sorry and recommend another dental office, but he rudely told us to leave the office. In short, I am very unhappy with this clinic since they promise me to arrange a translator, but they broke their promise and even denied making this promise. The best dentist!!! Dr. Phung does excellent quality work! Great prices too!!! ( I know.. I have looked around!) And the office is always clean!!! I was very surprised to see a bad rating here... but I know how people can be! Excellent Dentist!!! I was talking to another patient in the reception area and she told me she travels from out of state just to have him work on her! I have had bad dentists.. ones that don’t explain what they are doing.. and make you feel stupid for it... this Dentist is the total opposite ! If I could give him and his assistants 10 stars... I would!

The worst dentist I have ever come across in my lifetime. He told me that because the insurance doesn’t pay him enough he needs to charge customers for unnecessary procedures. I was in for a cleaning and polishing today. They polished my teeth first (never had that done before, usually the last thing that is done). He wanted to charge me $95 for something I did not need and I said no. It took him a total of 2 minutes to clean my teeth. When I questioned him he said that is all the insurance company pays him for. Do not go there unless you want to subsidize his pocket and he can double dip. I would give him zero stars but that is not possible
