I have been going to Dr. Shempp for over 20 years. His office staff are helpful and friendly, and the hygienists are like a family (most have been there over 13 years). Dr. Shempp is always professional and friendly, and he is great at advising, but does not push for expensive procedures unless they are absolutely necessary.

I have been receiving dental care from Dr. Shempp since 1987 when I moved to Davis. My family is extremely pleased with the quality of care we have been receiving. Our dental appointments have always been very pleasant experiences and we look forward to our scheduled visits. Dr. Shempp and his associates are pleasant, courteous and professional group of care givers. They always accommodate the patient’s needs in emergency situations. They take excellent care of their patients. Patient care and well being is their top priority. We feel very fortunate to have a highly skilled individual like Dr. Shempp as our dentist. For high quality dental work at reasonable, affordable cost, no one beats Dr. Shempp. He is the best dentist in Northern California.

Howard Shempp has been my dentist since 1980, when he essentially rebuilt my mouth after a bad fall. This work looks as good today as it did over 35 years ago and I wouldn’t think for a second of having anyone else manage my oral care! Dr. Shempp is a consummate professional and employs a loyal, dedicated staff who clearly love working for him. I cannot recommend Howard and his staff enough -- they are simply the BEST!

Dr. Shempp has been my dentist for about 34 yrs. My trust and confidence in Dr. Shempp and his staff outweigh the extra cost since he is out of network per the insurance I have. Dr. Shempp and his staff are exceptional, with the focus on the care and well being of the patients. They always go above and beyond for their patients. I feel fortunate to have found such a great dentist.
