Highly Recommended 2I recently went to Dentist Facilitate and had a great experience! I was helped by Dr. Meng and his assistant Fay, The staff were really professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was really good at explaining everything and made sure I understood what was happening. Our experience at Western Dental was disappointing. Despite arriving on time for our appointment, we had to endure a one-hour wait. The X-ray technician, possibly named Mina, lacked professionalism and hygiene standards. She touched equipment with bare hands, including items placed inside the mouth, which is concerning for hygiene. Additionally, her handling of my child’s X-ray procedure was rough and uncomfortable. She seemed inexperienced and struggled to work with children, even resorting to physically forcing my child’s jaw closed, causing discomfort and injury to hard palate. Following another lengthy wait, we were informed that the child specialist was unavailable, prompting a rescheduling for 3 weeks later. Regrettably, this visit resulted in my children developing sore throats the next day. This experience has left me with a firm decision to seek dental care elsewhere.

Basheer and Julia were very nice and professional. I had a really quick and easy exam as well as great help at the front desk

The front desk is friendly, and the doctors/nurses are great. The only negative thing i can comment on is the wait time. Had a tooth pulled today, appointment at 11.30am. was finally seen around 1pm. The week prior to get my X-rays, the wait was around 40 mins.

My experience at Western Dental has been incredible. I was so nervous when I walked in for my first appointment knowing I needed a lot of dental work and was so warmly welcomed by Julia at the front desk. She was my first impression and she was incredible. She was so professional and helpful and answered so many questions that I had. I wanted to be with female dentists and she helped me coordinate this with my work schedule and every time I have been seen the dentists were so professional and excellent. I have gotten two crowns that I needed and could not be more satisfied with all my experiences at Western Dental. In closing I must say Julia is a priceless asset to Western Dental because she was an Angel and always so assuring and kind and patient. She went out of her way on every appointment and she has the very best customer service skills which represents Western Dental in the highest way. I will highly recommend Western Dental to all my family and friends and give them the highest reviews. Julia is irreplaceable and invaluable to this positive experience!!! I always knew I could call the office snd she would help me!! 5 star experience after several appointments and I’m so grateful!!
