I have been going thete for nearly 15 years and love it. Recommended to my family and they all go there. This is the only time happened and starting with call day before by leaving a message that I have an appt at 10.30 when it was at 11. Dud not like that approach if the person had requested me may be I would have. Don’t change appts. Then when I sat in the chair. 2 new people were 1 trying to train the other. Was a big disaster after 15 mts of waiting I got up and found the doctor who got someone to take care of me. It was just usual cleaning. No issues with someone being trade but not both new the trainer and trainee. That’s the reason the rating is 3 starts and not 5. I still love them and will be going back. This was the first time and I did tell them. I’m sure this will not happen again.

I have been going to Dr. Pinkatz since 2009 or 2010 (I’m off by a yr due to bad memory, lol) anyway since her previous location and i haven’t and will not go to any other dentist. She is an excellent professional and listens & responds to questions and is caring. Any & ALL work she’s performed was done with the utmost perfection. I am a very satisfied pt. Oh, in addition, unlike most dentists, she doesn’t try to rip you off. Her fees /prices for those that have to pay out-of-pocket is reasonable. Very fair. I love the new location. It’s beautiful and it’s state-of-the-art with all you’ll need for that beautiful smile. 😁

Dr. Bella is a wonderful doctor, very helpful and caring. Her office is very clean, modern and very welcoming. I am proud to have a doctor like Bella Pinkatz and I highly recommend her to be your doctor as well!

Service is great I had an appointment at 1pm I was there at 12:45 pm and I was out at before 1:30 pm and I still get the fallowing appointment the next week. I love the service and the staff’s are very helpful and very friendly I take all my kids there for so many years!

This clinic is discriminatory. I arrived at 1:30pm for my appointment which was scheduled for 1:45pm. I waited for an hour and a half til 3:00pm util I saw the doctor take two other patients that were scheduled after me, and when I inquired why did this happen, she did not provide any explanation for that. They wasted my time. Never going to be back again. Get ready to be racially profiled at this clinic.
