I was glad to have found Jennifer J. Liu office myself. The staffs and Dr. Liu treated me nicely and quickly. For the first time ever, I did not feel any pain during and after the tooth extraction procedure. Dr. Liu, you are the best!

The appt. Was on time, the office was clean and orderly the nurses were polite and appeared to know their jobs. All in all I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD for Dr. Liu and staff 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Shout out to Teruko and Zane who ARE the staff! Absolutely a positive experience for me personally. I broke my back tooth by simply eating rock salt that should have been put in a salt grinder. Needless to say I was devastated. My dentist referred Dr. Jennifer Liu out of Fairfield ca. From the start Teruko and Zane we’re beyond professional, easy going and every question I had was ALWAYS answered. I have had several visits and two minor procedures which I was given the proper dose of medication and honestly didn’t feel ANY discomfort. It’s a clean office and very professional Dr. Liu and staff would thoroughly explain the procedure and or paperwork regarding the procedure and payment as well before anything was agreed on. Hassle free seriously! I had a procedure done about a month ago and I have been putting off writing a review simply because we all get busy in life but I sit down and write this sincerely from my heart that if you need an implant or dental work done, this is the office to contact Thank you all for making these last 6 months easier for me. My experience were very remarkable. Staff (receptionist/technicians and Dr. Liu, herself were all very professional. They treat me with respect. My procedure (extracting 2 wisdom teeth) was a breeze, I was admitted at 10:20am and was released at 11:20. Drove myself home. The follow-up call (3:00pm) by Dr. Liu was also nice, to check my well-being and if I needed further assistance 🫶🫡

I was scheduled to have an upper molar extracted with local anesthesia and was very anxious due to the palate injection. I’d had this done years ago by a different dentist for a root canal and it was pretty awful. I can’t tell you how much time I worried about this for nothing…..Dr. Liu gave me that injection and it was a very minor discomfort. I was expecting the pain I had experienced previously and it just didn’t happen. I’ve been recommending her to all my friends. No one loves a dental appointment, but Dr. Liu is so skilled that if I had to go back for this procedure, I would not be anxious again. Thank you Dr. Liu!
