This "dentist" is a crook, stay away. I reported him to the NYC board and my insurance. I came into the "office" which is a private house, just to simply get a tooth pulled. I specifically stated I did not want a root canal. Instead he decides to do a cleaning! Who does a cleaning on someone that's in massive pain. I stated I did NOT want a cleaning instead he does it without my consent. I ended up leaving the office in much more pain than I was in before I went in. It was a nightmare. Had to rush to emergency dentist who actually did his job thank god. He also tried to force me to apply for care credit using my social. What? How do I own a bill? Oh because he did a cleaning I did not consent to and who knows what other false charges. So he had rather billed my insurance and myself and didn't care that he put me in more pain. RUN AWAY FROM HERE! Thankfully my father is lawyer and will pursue this matter further. The girls in the office were great though to bad they work for a crook.
