Bronx Kids Pediatric Dentistry

Bronx Kids Pediatric Dentistry is extremely unprofessional , call center, front desk, manager, dentist Dr. Alex Hung. They canceled my My daughters appointment just hours before. We had a 330pm appointment that was scheduled months in advance, we received a call the morning of, little before 10am, in which we confirmed via phone call , filled out paperwork, confirmed again via text. Parents work and we arrange our schedules for these check ups and appointments, our kids schedules as well. we cannot just simply come in earlier or arrange to get there before 2pm when we have a scheduled appointment that was booked months in advance. I will not be using their practice or recommend to anyone. Poor patient service. Seems like they wanted to leave early because of the holiday weekend! Shameful and unprofessional.

Thank you for making Dental Visits exciting and a great experience for our girls. Everyone in the office is professional, welcoming, kind and they make sure kids leave Happy with a smile on their face! Now, Dr. Z, is The best dentist one can have. Always positive, very professional and caring . Today my daughter had a procedure and she came home Happy even though she was in pain she felt comfortable, safe and trusted dr. Z who is very patient and understanding. He is a very good listener and always has answers for our questions. Dr. Z We are so lucky to have you to take care of their smiles!! Thank you!! Bronx Kids Pediatrics Dentistry is definitely the best place to take your little ones.

Dr. Z and all the staff are amazing and pleasant. My toddler has only been here since a baby and shows improvement with each visit. My oldest has had traumatic experiences elsewhere in the past and was totally at ease during her first visit with Dr Z. We’re always in and out too! 10/10 recommend!!

I first started bringing my sons here when I moved to the Bronx, I now live in Brooklyn and continue to bring them. It’s going on 7 years now and the travel is so worth it! I absolutely love the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the support you get from the doctors and their assistance to the front desk staff, how regardless of how minuscule my questions or concerns are the dentist always takes his time to explain and be thorough with me and how helpful and the concern they show for each and every child. The dentist is truly a great man and doctor!! Thank you to all the staff it truly a family and caring environment!!
