Liars liars liars. I went and they said I had 16 cavities, which didn’t sound right to me as I had no tooth pain. I went to get. A second opinion and they said I had one small cavity. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEWS WHERE THEY LIE ABOUT DIAGNOSIS

Dr Terada makes it as quick and painless as possible. She never tries to upsell/pressure you into other expensive treatments, like a "deep cleaning" or other weird stuff the chain-dentistry places try to convince you you need. Staff is friendly and trustworthy.

Interesting to learn. If you’re a new customer they will collect your insurance information ahead of your visit, but not run it to see what services are covered. Then they will bill you for anything that gets rejected by insurance. There are two different ways to learn what someones dental insurance covers - but they choose not to do this for new customers. This is poor customer service and I won’t be back.

I used to go here regularly given its good location in Uptown Denver. Then I showed up 10 minutes late for my appointment one day (no exaggeration) and the entire staff was bitchy with me. The second time I called to cancel my appointment and no one would pick up the phone. Naturally, I couldn’t make the appointment, so they charged me $30! Fees for nothing and unfriendly service = unhappy customer. Don’t waste your time here. Try any of the others around Capitol Hill or Downtown.
