Avoid avoid avoid. Went in at 8:50 for a 9 a.m. appointment and waited with no one at the front desk for at least 15m, with music blaring in the back of the building. Simply called "hello!" to see if anyone was at the office and the other customer who was waiting as well thanked me for doing so when someone finally came out. Turns out they were having their staff meeting. No biggie, but a sign would have been helpful. THEN, the owner came out and called me into a private room and aggressively BERATED me for being "rude" to his staff. Kept saying it was his practice and he can have a staff meeting if he wants and "you don’t be rude to us, and we won’t be rude to you! Is that a fair ask?!" - just because I called hello? Ended up walking out for my own safety (also as a pregnant woman). Absolutely unprofessional and completely bizarre. Stay away.

Arrived at 845 for my 9a appointment. Was greeted by loud dance music but no staff. Another guest arrived at 857 and hollered for help, which was attempted. She went into the back and was told to leave after 2 minutes. Weird but I kept filling out the most invasive patient history forms ever until I got to the one about them using pictures of me in marketing. All I asked was to opt out of that. I was told by the dentist that is how he does it and I could take it or leave it. I left it. He slammed the iPad shut and wouldn’t allow me to close out my forms. Then yelled at me that I had to leave. I feel bad for the nice people people at the front desk that they have such an angry and unreasonable boss. What kind of dentist wears a baseball hat anyways? The picture of him ’helping" poor people was weird too.

My first visit was awesome! The team made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the start, even offering me a pillow for my neck during my oral exam. I have never had as thorough of an oral exam, getting X-rays, photos, a full assessment by both a dental hygenist and Dr. Kenneth Burson, and a personalized plan for care. I also loved that they were able to get me an appointment with only 1 days notice!

I’ve never liked going to the dentist and have always been self-conscious, I never prioritized my teeth the way I should and a lot of my dental experiences have been disparaging, until now! I have had several cleanings, crowns, and other procedures done here and I feel SO much better about my teeth and my trajectory! Everyone is kind and informative, and they give helpful and realistic advice. For the first time ever I’m noticing a difference in my gums and teeth. A lot of it is the work at home, but I only have that dedication due to the work and encouragement of this office. I especially want to shout out Paige who is AMAZING, kind, and makes me feel good when she acknowledges my progress. Love this office!

The Denver Dentists is great! I have anxiety about the dentist, but they do everything to make it as comfortable an experience as possible. I was given headphones, a tv, a neck pillow. The young woman at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is very kind and accommodating. And the work on my teeth turned out great! Gabby is the best!
