This was my second visit to Metropolitan Dental and I think it’s imperative that I give kudos to the amazing staff of this office. I was courteously greeted upon entry to the office by the front desk staff and Tina, the office manager. Dr. Artemus and Yvonne were extremely polite, professional and reassuring during the entire visit. Also got a cleaning done by Linda who was just as amazing! Ann and Norma were also extremely pleasant and thoroughly explained treatment and billing. I’m always nervous about going to the dentist but the care and compassion shown by everyone I interacted with at this office definitely made me comfortable. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Willie always provides the best, most professional care in such a kind manner. I always appreciate what he teaches me about preventive care, especially as I get older. He’s a very caring person, very reassuring (I still get nervous sometimes), and he has a great sense of humor! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere but MDC for dental care.

Willie is super-meticulous when cleaning your teeth - I always leave feeling like a million dollars. The reception is warm and attentive, and the entire office is very accommodating. Check-out is easy and smart. All procedures and equipment are state-of-the art. I will continue to come here after being a patient for over 20 years.

I am extremely happy about the care I received here so far, and I am hard to please. Friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. Facility is very clean, X-ray equipment is high resolution and the X-ray Tech is very skilled. Dr. Artemis was very meticulous and detailed in her examination and listened to my input and concerns for better decision making, and the Dental Hygienist Jenelle did the best cleaning I’ve received in a long time, very thorough cleaning by her, also good assessment and recommendation for cavity prevention. Please keep up the good work and being on the side of the patients! this goes a long way.
