I received a call to confirm my appointment 72 hours in advance and I unfortunately had to reschedule because of a mandatory work meeting (have out of town visitors) that I learned about that morning and answered their call which was to confirm my appointment. The employee who called me explained how I was the dentist’s only appointment that day and how inconvenient it was that I had to reschedule and now I had to pay a deposit for their services. My appointment was not an all day appointment. Could they have scheduled others? I asked why that was relevant to me and the answer was that people schedule 2 months out which did not answer my question. I did not schedule two months out for my own appointment and was also hesitant when I scheduled because of potential work commitments, but I was reassured to schedule anyways without an expectation there was an issue to reschedule. The front desk needs to be better aligned in the expectations they give for their appointments. Sounds like they could pull forward someone else’s appointment and make their day and not have to make me feel bad about mine? Why would I want to go to a business that makes me feel bad about going there?

The Mollner Dental Team is excellent, and professional. The entire staff are good at their jobs. The front desk is extremely good, and helped with my valid insurance claims which were being incorrectly denied. Highly recommend this dental group.

What an amazing experience! Had some issues in the past with prior dentist and it had been a bit since I had been to the dentist. From the moment I reached out, to the front office staff, to my hygienist, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Rena I’ve had amazing experiences! I’m no stranger to dental work but I felt welcomed and had fun during my visit. How smart to have a vase full of chapstick available to grab when you leave!

I would avoid this place. Former patient and reading the reviews now, I understand that my experience is pretty typical. Seems that all this place cares about is money/profit, which is especially evident by the fact that they put their "Cancellation Policy" of two days before the appointment on their front page. It’s a quick easy way to make a quick buck by doing nothing. Back in 2021 I began going to the Cap Hill location, from the get go it was tough to schedule an appointment for a simple cleaning with the office being booked months in advance. I get to my appointment and things are fine. I book another appointment early the next year in 2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances I need to reschedule my second appointment. Unlucky me, the next booking is months out. I apparently miss that appointment. I’m told that I was called before, even though I have no record of the call. That I was emailed the day before, even though I’m unable to find that email. That I confirmed the appointment through text, even though I don’t have a text showing a response to them. And that I’m on the hook for $75. Here’s the kicker I’m only just being told this now in December of 2023, more than a year after the supposed missed appointment. I no longer have any way of confirming any of this info myself due to the time that has lapsed and these guys want me to blindly pay them $75. This is their version of customer service. No availability for appointments, scheduling super far in advance, hoping their customers miss the appointments, billing them more than a year later once they’ve lost the ability to defend themselves. Real cool Mollner Dentistry. Edit: Their reply absolutely shows that they’re "cancellation fee" is a predatory tactic used against their patients. It also shows how they treat their employees. They’re hygienists don’t get paid if a patient doesn’t make their appointment??? Not only are these folks scam artists, they’re also liars. Avoid them.

I’ve been going to Mollner Dentistry on Lincoln St for the past 1.5 years. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this office and the staff! The office is very clean and comfortable, plus you get cool views of Capital Hill via the huge windows while you’re getting your teeth cleaned which makes me feel extra *fancy*. The staff is very personable and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide you with all the info you need about appointments, payments, scheduling, toothbrushes, parking, etc. without you even needing to ask. I never have to wait more than 5 min to go back and get my teeth looked at. My hygienist (Alyssa) is very nice, knowledgeable, and overall awesome! I actually ENJOY going to get my teeth cleaned these days which I never thought I’d say lmao Needless to say, I highly recommend this place!
