I’ve been going to Dewitt dental for a few years now, and typically have a great experience. The hygienist I had today was very very rough. I thought maybe they were using a new technique, however, I am unsure. The whole experience was very painful and is not typical. I don’t know if it was the hygienist inexperienced or maybe he was just rushing? I typically have a much better experience here. I am hoping for a different hygienist next time.

I don’t think there are enough superlatives to express how impressed I am with your practice! I got lost on my way to my first appointment and called--your receptionist helped me find my way. Forgive me for not remembering names: The assistant who explained what would be happening and took the X-rays was knowledgable and clearly explained everything; the dentist was friendly and took her time describing a treatment plan once she examined the X-rays. I was then handed over to the amazing oral hygienist. She did a thorough job, carefully working around the areas that were extra sensitive. While she worked, she explained a lot of oral hygiene techniques that I’d never heard before--things that will help me take even better care of my teeth from now on. It almost felt like I was sitting in a class for future oral hygienists! If you’re looking for a friendly, thorough, professional dentist practice, look no further!

Had a really great experience here. They squeezed me in the last week of December to help me adapt to insurance changes coming up AND the fact that the crowns are made in office and I didn’t have to go back was game changing. Dr. Redford (believe that is the correct spelling) was wonderful. Ian, his assistant, was also fantastic and walked me through the entire experience. Grateful for the friendly team!
