I’ve been going here for a few years today they had hygienist I never meet who I did Not feel comfortable with. I asked for the lady who normally does my teeth cleaning. The front person gave me an attitude and was 109% rude to me as I am a Disabled person.

I’ve been a patient here for 5 years or so. The latest: they just canceled an appointment without telling me because I didn’t respond to a confirmation text. I totally understand their desire to not have no-shows, and should have responded to the text. I also didn’t appreciate showing up to an appointment I had scheduled several months in advance and planned work travel around to have it cancelled. This is the second time that something similar has happened - the last time was a year or two ago when they didn’t have the supplies in stock to do a treatment that we had scheduled, so I showed up, sat in a chair for 20 minutes and then we had to reschedule. Other than scheduling, they were generally good, not amazing. It seems like they’ve had some turnover in their dentists and staff. Care has generally been good and they don’t push push unnecessary treatment on you. Some things like lab results and similar have been slow and disorganized like the scheduling.

Switched Dental offices this past year and this office has amazing staff here. They take good care of you. I rencently had a deep clean from Justin and he is the most kind, gentle and paitent dentist i’ve had. I get really bad dental anxiety and he really made me feel better and helped me when I had a sudden panic attack. I completley trust him and the staff. Thank you!

Dr. DeVillier is absolutely my FAVORITE dentist I’ve ever had. He is so caring, kind, and great at his job. You can feel the high standard of service quality when you are with him. His dental assistant, Stefany, was also incredible. She talked and got to know me, making me feel very comfortable and at home. I couldn’t recommend a dental office more!! Thank you Dr. DeVillier and team for exceptional service!
