I did enjoy my experience here. I received a bill, and happily paid online through the link provided on the bill. 6 weeks later, I’m receiving letters that it is going in collections. I call the office, and they said they can’t help me since I paid online. I call the 3rd party provider who collects the payments, and they are telling me they see the payment and provide me with more details to bring back to the Perfect Teeth office. I bring those details back, and they are telling me they can’t see it because it was not posted to my account (duh, that is the problem all along). They tell me to reach out to accounts receivable, but then also tell me they don’t have an A/R team. The receipt has an email address and phone number for A/R, but the email bounces back and the phone number doesn’t exist. The whole operation seemed pretty low budget to begin with (which I didn’t mind), but this really just deals the deal. I was supposed to go to this office again, but thankfully they cancelled on me. Go somewhere that is run a little better- you’ll be happy you did.

Dr Klein is good, everything else is bad. Dental hygienists seem to not care and do a very poor job cleaning. Reception can be pretty rude. Trying to get my dental records sent to a new dentist office took months and over 20 phone calls. Half of the time reception doesn’t answer phone calls so you get transferred to a call canter which is super unhelpful because they can’t really help you out. I’d highly recommend avoiding perfect teeth

This is my new favorite Denist office. I have been in for a couple of cleanings and a filling that has been a nightmare at other dentists. (over 6 months later and no issues with my new filling). The entire staff is very friendly and make going to the dentist a judgement free and relaxing experience!

I would rate lower if I could. Don’t know if Dr. Beheshteh Khodakhast (also goes by Ava) still works there, but her and her team told me I had 8 cavities that needed to be filled - never had cavities before, so I got a second opinion, and the other doctor laughed. Dr. K’s office also double charged me twice and would not refund me a few hundred after bugging them for a year. The front desk lady (whom the Dr. Rehired like 4 times over a year) understood the problem but had no power to refund me directly. Thankfully, she did have the ability to remove me from their text reminders to return to their office for 6 month cleanings. Worst doctors experience in my life, Dr and techs made me remember this world is not filled with all good people.

I’ve been to this office several times now and it’s really great! The team is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Klein is such a great doctor. He is very calming and always explains what he’s doing throughout the exam. Even when delivering the options for treatment, he’s very honest and forthcoming. Definitely will continue going there as long as he’s around.
