Dr. Downs and the entire staff are first rate. After a recent negative experience at another dentist I made an appointment at DDD, and I trust them with my current, and several upcoming, procedures due to the thorough, professional, and ethical care they provide. This is individualized care at its best with no corporate influence. Refreshing!

I cannot recommend them enough! From the time you walk into the front door the staff is so welcoming and nice, and the office is pretty and super clean. Everyone has a smile in their faces and they explain every single detail to you. The hygienist who I was assigned to, Nikki, was amazing! She walked me through the office showing me all the rooms they have there and let me know all the services they offer. The exam/dental cleaning was very thorough, and Nikki explained everything to me and allowed me time to ask questions. Dr. Baranes came in right before Nikki started the cleaning, reviewed my X-rays/pictures (yes, they take pictures of your mouth) and gave me his professional opinion about what was going on. Fortunately, I had nothing major going on, just a few cosmetic issues, and I didn’t feel pressured to contract any services he recommended. I was very comfortable to decide if I wanted to do it or not. They have a great team there and the office is amazing! I will definitely continue my dental care with them!

I was seen in office last week about a bad tooth on an exam special. Not only was the deal for the exam an awesome save for me, but the staff was really awesome and kind. The dentist who saw me was also patient with me, which I appreciate very much because like a lot of folks, I tend to carry a lot of anxiety around my dental care. Turns out, I definately need a root canal. They had no bad attitudes. No one was terrible or awful on the service end of my visit. Everybody seemed knowledgeable in their positions, and I received exceptional treatment. Thank you for a great visit, everyone. I am hoping to schedule my surgery soon.

We are so happy to find Dr. Downs. I always get anxious and nervous when I take my dad to the dentist. We have tried many dentists and Dr. Downs was the only dentist that we felt that we could trust. He is very patience, understanding, and has a great sense of humor. He made my dad’s dental experience a lot more comfortable and relaxed. We never had a dentist that spent as much time as he did with us. He showed us pictures and models so we could better understand my dad’s conditions. He also thoroughly explained all the options to my dad and does not pressure us into making any quick decisions. We really appreciate his time and caring for his patient. The office staff are also very kind and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
