Perfect Teeth - West 34th

I called them and said I needed an emergency appointment due to me chipping a tooth. The receptionist made me an appointment for 9am the following day. Five minutes before they closed their office they left me a voice mail saying they needed to cancel my appointment. I called back immediately the next morning and tried to schedule another appointment. The receptionist told me that they are DOUBLE BOOKED for the next TWO weeks and they were unable to help me!!! That also said due to them double booking they are canceling everyone’s appointments except for the people with private insurance!!! I’m so frustrated by this

UPDATE March 2023: This location has closed, Dr. Fucci moved to a new location and Perfect Teeth did not replace him with a new provider. The scheduling system is still sending out automated reminders but they are not actually open! There is a new team here as of February 2022 and they are fantastic! I have been in for a cleaning and a filling and have been impressed by how friendly and professional Dr. Fucci and Desi, the hygienist, as well as Erica at the front desk all were. They have five great work and my experience was nearly pain free (as much as a dentist visit can be!), and they are excellent about communicating with patients what is going on throughout the appointment.

Doctor Fucci is a very thoughtful, gentle, and thorough professional. He patiently communicated to me the various aspects of the procedures that he used on my teeth. He expressed his care for the well being of my teeth. I like his style. Don’t let the humble exterior of the office put you off. The people that work here are very good!

I had an old crown fall out the night before. They were able to get me in an hour after I called the next day, a day later, my partial was ready. Talk about amazing service! I will gladly continue to come here for all my dental needs. Also Sarah is the sweetest front secretary I’ve ever met! Thank you guys for the unforgettable service.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I was in for a cleaning and a filling and had zero wait time at each appointment. The filling went super smooth and I didn’t feel a thing! The entire staff is extremely friendly and I definitely won’t be going anywhere but here for my further dental needs
