Great staff! Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I really loved how thoughtful the place was by providing comfort options to make it a good experience! I have never been to a place like OG dental and I would highly recommend them!

I recently visited OG Dental based on a friend’s recommendation and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. The team at OG Dental, led by Dr. OG, is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. OG is an outstanding dentist who combines expertise with genuine care for patients. The staff is proactive and highly responsive, making every effort to accommodate scheduling needs and ensure comfort. While no place is perfect, OG Dental strives for excellence and prioritizes patient satisfaction. I have worked for 5 star hotels in the US and overseas. I know about costumer service. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated dental team.

We just moved to Colorado and are so happy we chose OG Dental. The office staff is thorough and communicate/coordinate very well. The dentist and hygienists are very gentle, listen well, and incredibly informative. They take their time and thoroughly go over your exam and ask key questions. I have never felt so informed. They also have great tech that helps them in the process. They provide options but don’t make you feel like they’re there to sell you a bunch of stuff. A dentist’s demeanor and gentle approach are key to me. Almost equally important is a competent front office that makes scheduling, communicating, paying easy. Also, if you usually get nervous at the dentist, you can relax by watching ceiling TV. I highly recommend OG Dental! Go there and you’ll thank me.

My wife and I used this dentist upon moving to Denver. The dentists here are competent and equipped with good technology. However, my experiences with their customer service have been mixed. Initially, my appointment was canceled because I did not respond to an automated text, which I mistook for spam and ignored. Upon discussing this with their team, there was a reluctance to accommodate my schedule until I mentioned switching dentists, at which point my original time was suddenly available to me again. In addition, I’ve noticed that the practice offers an extensive menu of services, which seems excessive at times and gives an impression that there is a strong emphasis on upselling rather than focusing solely on essential dental care. On a previous visit, I missed an appointment and was charged a $50 fee. While I understand the policy, this experience, coupled with the aggressive service menu, somewhat sours my view of their operations as leaning more towards profitability than patient care. Despite these issues, the dental work provided is good, warranting more than a minimal rating. Thus, I’m settling on 2 stars. If the focus shifts more towards genuine patient care rather than maximizing revenue, I would reconsider my rating.

Office and dentist was great. They give you a menu of comfort options while you’re checking in, so I had lavender essential oil during my appointment. Cute idea. Clean office and nice staff.
