The front desk staff member I spoke to and dental assistant were very caring and helpful. I am giving a star for each of them. My experience with the dentist was extremely poor. I know it’s a sadly common experience as I talk to my friends and colleagues about this, but I feel that this dentist could benefit from some sensitivity training or a course on approaching patients with empathy. I have decided to go elsewhere as I received advice that you should not spend huge amounts of money to go to a care provider who makes you feel ashamed of yourself.

Dr Peters is a pro! She told me exactly what to expect before the appointment. During the procedure, she checked in frequently to see how I was doing and let me know the next steps. I trust that everything she did was necessary and done to perfection. Reyes, the dental assistant, was personable and professional. He knew exactly what to do, and had the tools and materials on hand before Dr Peters even asked. Check-in was easy. Everyone was friendly, and they explained the cost before beginning the procedure.

I myself have been fortunate to have found Dr.Massey for all my dental needs. The support staff is very welcoming. Truly, who likes going to the dentist! But they are up front about discussing procedures and costs it makes for a much more pleasant experience. I took my friend there for several chipped teeth and they took care of it immediately. When the work was completed, it was so perfect you couldn’t even tell that they were ever damaged. Incredible work!

Relatively new patient, but I’ve had great experiences so far. Nice and friendly staff. The dentist seemed very knowledgeable, was easy to ask questions to, and explained everything really well to me. Talked about possible future treatments, but wasn’t pressured into anything. The costs were broken down and explained to me, again giving me the option to opt out of "extra" treatments if I wanted. The office has been nice and clean, with very little wait times. I’ll be back in 6 moths :D
