The clinic it self is great. My review is for eliana that works at the front desk, I went in to pick up a letter that I was told 4 days ago that it was ready and sitting at the front desk. When I arrived she was late coming back from lunch there was a gentleman waiting for an appointment and she treated both of us like we were inconveniencing her by having her do her job. She was very rude and when I tried to explain that the letter was already written she bit of my head and told me it was going to be a while and to go sit down. Then she stormed off. Very unprofessional behavior

They only allow 20 minutes per visit with your primary care provider. This is in no way enough time to properly provide adequate care for any patient. Another example of putting profits before patient care, taking advantage of low income people on Medicaid, and leading to high attrition rates of the medical staff. Bad Stride!!

The Arvada location is great! I was very glad to be seen by a great doctor that actually took the time to talk to me personally when I needed one most. I hope to stay with Stride in the future, however I’ve been trying to refill a medication since last Monday now. I called to let them know I was running out and if they could send a bridge of medication until my appointment on the day I run out, they say they’ll keep me posted… but then i run out. I call again to see if there’s any updates. I need this medication for sleep cause my work schedule in the medical field is erratic. I have now been out of this medication 3-4 DAYS now with no updates. I’ve had to call into work because I’m not feeling too well and haven’t slept a good night. Anybody that’s suddenly stopped talking a medication knows that there are affects. This is a great location but there are flaws. I’ve never had to wait this long being on hold on the phone before or waiting for a doctor to OK a refill. Can anybody there please help me with this? I’ve called already before and I know it can be busy with other patients, so I’m waiting on calling them to ask what’s going on. I don’t want to bother anyone but at the same time I do because I tried to do everything right by calling ahead to let them know what I needed so this wouldn’t happen.

When I set up my appointment on the phone, I gave the scheduler my new insurance card number, so I didn’t expect that there would be any problems. I’m an established patient, and I was about five minutes early for my appointment. When I checked in, and handed my insurance card to the front desk staff, she said that my insurance wasn’t accepted and that I wasn’t currently eligible. I spent 12-15 minutes on the phone with my insurance, and they confirmed that my insurance is in effect, active, and that I AM ELIGIBLE for benefits. My insurance’s customer service representative also said that Stride/MCPN contracts with them, so I shouldn’t experience any problems. Moreover, Stride’s Website says that they take my insurance. So, I can’t understand why the front desk staff would make this inaccurate statement. Since I had to spend about 12-15 minutes on the phone with my insurance carrier, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. Since my exam was the last appointment before lunch, I felt like my exam was a little bit rushed. Not too bad, and everything was addressed, but I just don’t feel like being hurried like that. I also wasn’t able to refute the front desk staff because they were gone by the time my blood draw was finished, and I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back to debate with them about this. Stride, please improve your front desk staff training so that they can more efficiently and accurately check insurance eligibility since the time that I spent on the phone (which delayed my appointment) was unnecessary since I am indeed eligible per my insurance. Thank you.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The care they gave me seriously nothing. I went in with 3 things I was hoping to get helped out with I have been feeling like I’m going to faint as I get up and so I asked for my blood to be drawn to see my iron levels i explained all the issues for over 30 minutes plus I needed to get a birth control and to get my medication I’ve been taking for 8 years filled. I’ve never been treated the way I have been MY FIRST TIME COMING INTO THEIR OFFICE. What a welcome. Liz the doctor acted as if I was asking her for so much. She wouldn’t even talk to me after exiting my room and instead of giving me a blood test and caring for her patients needs she gives me a DRUG test suspecting I’m a druggie? And literally had me leave her office not helping me with one need not even 1 of the 3 simple things i have asked for after spending 3 1/2 hours there. She doesn’t care about her patients what so ever and I was told by people working their that other people have had the same exact issues. I wasted me and my daughters time for literally nothing. Thank you Liz! Can we fix the whole issue which seems to be terrible staff? These reviews seem to be years of complaining about the doctor Liz If you arn’t able to do your job ( which is help and care for you patients ) why are you working there? If anyone else has experienced this and felt terrible leaving this place I hope you NEVER settle for that. I will never step foot in that clinic again
