Trailhead Dental

I learned to dislike dentists during my childhood back in the 1950s when they were filling my cavities with mercury amalgam after using low speed drills run by strings on pulleys. But for the past many years I have been seeing a dentist I like very much. After an abscessed molar had to be pulled, I needed a partial. My dentist recommended that I go to Dr. Austin Leong, a prosthodontist, to have him make the partial. I found Trailhead Dental to be a friendly and accommodating practice, and Dr. Leong to be a caring and gentle professional. I am quite happy with my new partial, and would recommend Dr. Leong to anyone needing a prosthodontist for a partial or dentures.

Just recently got my teeth done and I love them! Dr. Leong took in all of my requests, concerns, everything and did an amazing job on my teeth. Listened to how I wanted them to look like and then made them look even better!

I work in dental (perio) and when it is time to get work done on my smile, I’ve learned to seek a specialist for the highest level of care. Dr. Leong and his entire team were wonderful from start to finish to replace two crowns for me, repair an old filling and update me on the health of my mouth. I was especially nervous about the crown on my front tooth but Dr. Leong’s gentle demeanor and clear expertise put me at ease right away. He worked with my periodontist to coordinate my crown lengthening procedure and the crown placement so that I had optimal healing and a beautiful result. I feel like Dr. Leong really listened to my concerns, gave me realistic feedback, and provided all this care from a beautiful and modern office. I have been referring patients to Trailhead Dental for years, and I am so pleased to be able to tell patients I have first hand experience; Dr.Leong is the best!

This was my first experience with a prosthodontist. Dr. Leong did an excellent job of removing a broken screw lodged in an implant. He had a calm and reassuring manner. He explained everything he was doing and what I would feel throughout the process. He made me as comfortable as possible, was successful, and provided advice as to restorative recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Leong.
