Dr. Paul M. Hayes, DDS

The whole office is so professional and nice...it actually makes "going to the Dentist" not so bad. Dr. Hayes has a lot of bad jokes to put you right at ease. Actually looking forward to my next visit.

I am the “pre-google” patient he probably hoped would never write a review. Here is the long awaited 20 year plus review. What this guy did to my front teeth was reprehensible. He placed four veneers and was one millimeter off. He MISSED the mid line. If you are another dentist you understand the consequences of this mistake. For those of you who don’t understand it means that the front teeth are crooked. What he did to me was detrimental physically and emotionally. I even offered to pay him to fix his mistake but he just stared out the window gazing at the parking lot like I didn’t exist. I do indeed exist Paul and you are getting exactly what you deserve. This will cost me double now to fix and that is even if it can be fixed. They may have to be removed. I am 60 years old now and one of my two regrets is not suing you and stripping you of your license to practice dentistry long ago. You won’t respond because what could you possibly say? You will reap what you have sown. God bless you Paul Hayes

I would give a lower rating if I could. Front office staff is not providing accurate information to patients. They do not contact insurance, provide inaccurate/partial information to patient and end up billing patients. Do not believe what is being told by this dental front office. Please verify directly with insurance. Not a reliable place for dental service.

I was lucky to find Dr Hayes. My dental needs included several implants and other procedures. I am very pleased with the implants and with every interaction with him and his staff. I no longer dread visiting the dentist. All of the associated dentists he has referred me to for special services, such as root canals have been exemplary in their services also.

Every visit to Dr. Hayes’ office is a pleasure. His staff is friendly and efficient and the dental hygienist is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is thorough but gentle. The communication is excellent. They make it easy to go to the dentis.
