Went here several years ago because I had tooth pain. They took x rays then determined I needed a root canal and a cleaning. They quoted me $1600 with insurance. I told them i dont have that kind of money so the money lady said i could take out care credit right there to do it.They performed the root canal and cleaning. and put a cap on. Fast forward to now and the cap fell off a year ago and I’m being sued by a creditor for taking out that laon I couldn’t afford. In the end this place is just out for your money and that’s it.

BELIEVE the reviews. This clinic quoted me thousands in dental work. the reviews warned me but I didnt listen. While waiting for the doctor, i over heard him tell a new consultation the same thing he told me, and also quoted the patient the same amount as I. He put a crown on me, it was poorly made, he also didnt do the filling on tooth next to crown in hopes I would need a new crown. The tooth he put the crown on is super sensitive three years later. I paid with insurance and difference up front. Four years later. Yes, FOUR, I receive a bill from collection because this clinic sent me to collections when I paid for everything up front. Never received a bill from them after until now. They will harass you, to get you to get more work. I guess if you dont reschedule they make up a false bill and then send it to collections to spite you. But, dint listen to the reviews, find out for yourself buahahahah

If you can find another dentist...... do it. The first appt got scheduled at the wrong location. The second appointment started 20 minutes late, just for the dentist to NOT clean my teeth and offer me a different appointment at 1:00 PM at a different location because apparently the dentist at this location is unable to do a deep cleaning. I had already requested the morning off work to make this appt happen to begin with. Who has an entire day to spend at the dentist, and why would they think that was a feasible option for their patients? Not sure what I was charged a copay for, when I wasn’t even seen for the reason the appointment was made.

The folks there are nice.... but when it comes to any actual dental work, I have only had bad experiences. They talked me into redoing some old work and it’s done nothing but give me problems ever since. They talked me into pre-emptively protecting my canine with a filling because my gums are a bit receded there. The filling fell out this morning and it hasn’t even been a year since they put it in. Avoid this place!

I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out new patient paper work. After completing my paperwork by the time my appointment was set for, I had to wait in the office for a total of 40 minutes. No exaggeration. I was already a little angry, but then after I was put in the chair and had my blood pressure taken, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. My entire visit to simply get my teeth cleaned took 2 hours and 5 minutes out of my work day that I had to make up in the evening. They also had me take 18 x-rays for my first visit, which seems a bit excessive. I had x-rays done 6 months ago at my previous dentist. They could have just requested them to be sent over before hand. I think all dentists push the x-rays in order to bill for them, but I don’t think I’ve ever had 18 done in one visit! I think they only had one dentist and one hygienist on staff seeing more than 6 patients at a time. I am used to much more prompt and dedicated service. I probably won’t be going back. The only positive was that the hygienist was gentle, nice, and had good conversation skills.
