Procedure went well, Dr and staff is nice. Beware of places that charge at the time of service - as this place does. I paid up front with my FSA credit card. My insurance ended up paying (yay) and the office reimbursed me with a check. I asked for it to be reimbursed back to the credit card (per IRS Guidelines, I need proof of the charges) and their system is too old and they can’t reimburse to a credit card...what? Welcome to 2022! SO ... now my FSA has to report the charges to the IRS. Perhaps don’t charge up front OR have the availability to reimburse the same way the patient pays ...very disappointed.

They kept raising the price of the procedure and would not apply our insurance discounted rate - even though it was in-network. We ended up paying twice as much as we were originally told.
