Used to be great. The new dentist is a upseller and the hygienists are rude. They see you as a way to make money, not as patients. My family will never go back.

Left a 5 star review about 4 years ago and unfortunately my experience declined over the last few years. Had nothing but problems with billing, not fully being numbed by Dr Elliot, fillings done incorrectly by Dr Elliot that then had to be taken out and redone, and good luck getting an appointment. The personable family owned location this once was is now a constant rush to get the next patient in. I will say the hygienists are always phenomenal.

Awesome dentist office. All the hygienist’s are nice and gentle. Dr Rotert is the man and they always get me in on time and never had any issues! Great location and a nice building as well.

My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now and are not super impressed. I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction for all four teeth, approximately 9 months ahead of time and I come in to get it done and they said the surgeon was out sick and in the hospital. I understand his health was at risk and it was not in anyone’s control but I never got a voicemail, text, or e-mail about my wisdom teeth extraction being cancelled. I had taken PTO at work and made sure all three of my kids were taken care of that day and for the weekend to prepare for this so it would have been nice to know about ahead of time. The office assistants said they had left a voicemail but on my end, I did not get one. I think confirming or following up with me if I had received a message about my cancelled surgery would have been helpful. Also, the few times I have been in to check out after my cleaning/appointment along with when I have called to make changes to future appointments, one of the receptionist continues to be short with me, rushing my questions, and sounds somewhat irritated. I understand they can be busy so I take this with a grain of salt. My husband went in recently for a cleaning and said one of the office assistants had a baby there with them and it appears something was made in the office area for the baby to be there often or regularly. I get it-things happen last minute, child care is hard to find and expensive, and children come first but not sure if this will be a regular situation in the office or was just a one time thing... The dental hygienists I have had for my cleanings and procedure were really nice and knowledgable. I appreciate them and their hard work!
