My son had an appointment for a in office dental extraction at first he was doing great with one of dental assistant’s she was very sweet & patient i believe her name was gisselle he also seemed to really like her as soon as he was given the medicine to relax him and make him a bit drowsy they stated it would take 40 mins... as time passed i saw he wasnt very drowsy and another assistant came in thats when i saw his body language change and hesitated to go with her when she took him to another room it was pretty quiet and you can hear everyone around you all i heard was a lady with an attitude and loudly said twice "you need to stop crying" in spanish i was taken back assuming it wasnt my son until i recognized his crying she came out to take me to him and she kept repeating if he keeps taking off his vitals we cant force him to have the procedure as she said with an attitude again i told her there was no need and didnt like the way she kept talking to him i asked to reschedule but they said since he wasnt relaxed they could wait a couple months and try again even though they expressed concerned they had no patience for him they made it seem as if he was throwing the equipment or even hitting them when all it was the medicine not kicking in and him not being relaxed i tried to calm him down never had a bad experience til today just with that lady really makes me upset to see some people work with kids and dont have the patience did not get her name but again do better.

I had a terrible experience with the nurse practitioner at this clinicSarmila Bhatta, DNP, FNP-C. She seemed disinterested and rushed through my appointment, barely listening to my concerns. I felt like just another number to her, and her lack of empathy was appalling. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the care I received. Lacking customer service knowledge, very rude!

I was literally 5 minutes late due to traffic and they canceled my daughter Appointment Even though I called. I had to take off work and pick my baby up from daycare just to get canceled for being 5 minutes late..

I’m working with my kids’ insurance to change doctors so they won’t go to this clinic. The bad experience I had was with the front desk, I went to pick up my child’s vaccination card for school and the HEAVY SET looking ladies were talking amongst themselves thinking I couldn’t understand Spanish, I normally wouldn’t be rude to comment on their appearance but they had NO SHAME in commenting about mine. As I left, these poisonous individuals, not only rude but also STUPID, one tells the other one something and this idiot pops up to look at me walk away, like hello, IDIOTS I can see your reflection in the glass talking about me, not to mention what you whispered to each other in spanish about me. Sorry if my work out shorts offended you, some of us like to stay active, or was it my PINK cowgirl boots?! Remember me now?! This office has gone down hill!!!! WAY DOWN this was on a Wednesday night.

Sarmila Bhatta is worst ever with very rude behaviour. She doesn’t listed to patients and is very rude and proudish. She doesn’t even look at the child properly. When telling her the symptoms she seemed skeptical. Very unexperienced, I won’t trust her prescriptions nor directions. Blind procedures are followed with out paying any attention towards the patient condition. Will never consult her again in my life. Hope you take necessary action so that in future no one face such situation.
