There was no one at the front desk to check me in, carpet is stained and dirty. The ceiling has fluffs of spiderwebs everywhere and dust. The office is very dirty and isn’t taken care of. After finally checking in, the front desk person just left again without saying anything and all you could hear was laughing and talking in the back. Appointment started 40 minutes after my scheduled time. I had a toothache in the top right but doc came in and started looking and touching my top left teeth saying "yes, I see why it hurts" when it wasn’t even the right side or tooth. Then, doc just said to drink some antibiotics and the tooth pain will go away. I mentioned my tooth was wobbling as well and he said it will stand firm once I finish the antibiotics. The next 2 days I visited 3 other dentists (NOT COMFORT DENTAL) and all 3 docs said my tooth is cracked in 3 places, it’s wobbling because one of the 3 pieces of my tooth is falling out and not holding onto anything and the only option is to take it out. There’s no way antibiotics could have fixed this issue. How could this comfort dental doc not see that my tooth split into 3 pieces and fully cracked??? I do not recommend this place to anyone because they don’t give you the correct information and are misleading. Dirty office, unattentive ignorant staff, and inaccurate doctors.

They are always late I sat here with my baby girl for almost an hour and they kept taking people that were scheduled after me. They get my name wrong all the time. Last time coming here.

Haven’t been to the destiny in a while. They didn’t do a cleaning. Or thoroughly check for cavities. Upon arrival one lady was shoving my head around trying to get X-rays. Someone fixed a small chip in my tooth that’s didn’t bother me at all. ((which I am now questioning if the person that did the repair was even licensed to do so.)) she shaved half of my tooth down so now it’s uneven with my other tooth and now my tooth feels thin and rough!! I knew when I read the reviews I should’ve ran!!! The initial thought when when walking into this office is gloomy, stains on the floor and chairs. I don’t know why I let them do work on my teeth. Now I am freaking out about my front tooth because it will not grow back or gain it’s density back. I am insecure about my front tooth now which I was never insecure about my smile before, even with a tiny chip in my tooth. Now I am stuck with this horrible job that some lady did on ONE OF MY FRONT TEETH!!! Don’t be like here and sit in there chair while reading their reviews. Run!! I am so stupid and filled with so much regret I let them work on my mouth and she grinded so much of my tooth down and made it so thin. I feel like this is a bad dream that I wish I could wake up from. I wish I followed my gut instinct and refused the chip repair because i went from having so much confidence in my smile to waking up in a panic everyday since then and every waking moment freaking out about hour rough and thin my tooth feels. I did some research and found out that teeth getting filed down leaves you vulnerable to get cavities. I am freaking out. I wish I never ever let them do work on my FRONT TOOTH!!!! 😓😢😭😭😭 the have 3.3 stars for a reason. I am so stupid!!!! I feel like I have been botched!!!!

Horrible place! My son went there today they broke his tooth and after almost 2 hours couldn’t get all the pieces out. I was frustrated called my sister was venting the dentist came out and was defending his reputation when he heard my comments about comfort dental. While he was working on my son he was sweating alot and his hands shaking like tremors. I wanted another dentist to finish and he wouldn’t because I was recording them. Very rude staff doesn’t care about the patient or the pain we might be in.
