Pleased with the professional, thoughtful, kind experience for 2 crowns. My 5 year old daughter and I were referred to Dr. College on Monday because of a cracked tooth and other needs. They got us in on Wednesday for an evaluation and did the work on Friday. I was anxious to get it all done quickly and it was. She ended up with 2 crowns and a filling. I was pleased for the following reasons: speed of getting her in, calm office presentation regarding the wall decor, furniture, examination beds and music. They had great bedside manners by many staff for both the evaluation and the procedure including much explanation of the equipment, making it less mysterious but also very discreet on the details she didn’t need to know, it was an age appropriate discussion. They also had sufficient staff to meet the needs to run the office, had patience with my hundred plus questions including many phone calls and were organized from an administrative standpoint with calm staff that presented as capable and competent at each of their tasks. Really though, of utmost relevance was the efficiency with which Dr. College got in and did the work. There are other negative posts about traumatic dental experiences. I’d like to point out regarding significant dental work, that the idea is to minimize the trauma and then help the child through and after so they can be stronger or at the very least physically healthier afterwards. My daughter held it together and got through it. Then she cried afterwards a lot. I held her and held her and told her she can tell me it hurts. She had a head ache and was overwhelmed by the numbness and stating that it hurt were really the only words she could put to how she felt. Now, several days later, she is proud of her accomplishment of getting 2 crowns and not even crying during the experience. I would definitely trust Dr. College again and if I could, I would go to that office for my own dental needs. Dr. College is direct and focused. It looked to me like she knew what needed to be done, how to do it and how to be as compassionate as possible while still faced with the reality of running a business that can’t even exist at all if she doesn’t keep in mind the other patients before and after as well. Dr. College isn’t going to be the perfect dentist for every family and child but, as I told my daughter, I’ve been to 8 dentists in 8 different offices in my life and I have at best either liked the staff or the dentist but not both. Whew, what a relief to find a good fit in our time of need. Thank you for my daughter now having a healthy mouth and a solid calm place for any future needs. Sincerely, a child’s mom.

Parents aren’t allowed back with their kids. I was yelled at for doing so from Dr College as was my 6 yo for calling me from her watch to have me join her when she was uncomfortable with her hygienist. Dr College followed me out into the hallway and continued to yell at me when we didn’t stay for her exam because my kids were upset. She’s very aggressive. I should’ve listened to friends who warned me about this policy and the overall unfriendly staff and dr. We were also always being told we needed something - more cavity fillings and issues which I know now is common from them. They pull teeth and fill cavities while kids of friends who go elsewhere are given a wait and see approach.

We have been coming here for a year. My then 6 year old had to have some teeth pulled to make room for her perms that were coming in. They made her totally comfortable, the process was fast and easy, and she didn’t even cry. The staff is amazing with kiddos and keep us parents in the loop. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and care they provide. My now 7 year old loves coming to see them and is no longer afraid of the dentist.

We were recommended to Dr. College when we moved here 5 years ago. After having 3 kids and 1 that was very apprehensive about seeing a dentist that fear is no longer there after being a patient of Dr. College! She is friendly, personable and truly cares! My kids adore her as well as myself! The staff is amazing and wonderful! Anytime after my kids have gotten work done someone in their office will call and check in on them to see how they are doing! Shows they care! Office is clean and so cozy! HIGHLY recommend!!
