We’ve been going here for years since we moved to Conifer, but today the entire staff outdid themselves. I had two crowns knocked out during a hockey game the night before and they were able to get me in and get me fixed up with temporary crowns so I could fly out this coming Monday for a work trip. I am incredibly grateful for the entire team; big thanks to Brooke and Dr. Higuchi for making it a mostly pain free experience.

My dentist is dr. Alex cane. He is very precise, professional, caring, and patient. He takes the time to explain, what the procedure, he will be doing on your teeth. Super, Super nice as is the dental assistance. This office is very clean and the reception ladies are very nice and professional. I would diffently recommend this dental office to anyone. ❤️

I have no intention of ever returning to this practice—which is unfortunate because I think Dr. Higuchi is excellent. The issue is that the front desk staff at this practice is so rude. In the multiple years I’ve gone here I was never once greated and they acted like they were being put-out anytime I asked for an itemized receipt. The main receptionist genuinely seems like she would rather be anywhere else. I’ve spoken with other members of our community and you are gaining a negative reputation because this seems to be a common occurrence. We will be making the drive over to Evergreen to see someone else.

Went there for a cleaning. The dentist told me I had 3 cavities even though I had no tooth pain, or cavities on my last visit with a different dentist. One of the “cavities” the dentist told me he’d need to “drag the drill through it to see if it was a cavity” which seemed like an odd approach, but I trust the dentist. It seemed like that filling at least might not have been necessary and it didn’t feel right. I immediately had tooth pain, and went back, they reassured me everything was okay, b/c the pain wasn’t permanent and went away after 10 seconds. Fast forward 6 months, and my mouth hasn’t stopped hurting where the fillings are. I have just lost trust I will get an honest opinion if anything wasn’t done right, and will find another dentist.
