I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sideris since 2007. He did very good work but I have to assume he sold his practice. I had an appointment on July 27, 2023 for a cleaning. The hygienist requested I sign a waiver because I didn’t want x-rays taken which I gladly signed. Katie, the office manager, asked me to leave before my cleaning because I wouldn’t allow x-rays. I’ve left messages with Kelly and Katie to have Dr. Sideris call me about two crown replacements. It’s now October 27, 2023 and I haven’t heard from him. I feel mistreated at the benefit of their cash flow.

I went here once after receiving an ad in the mail for a cleaning. It was ok but then they printed out a laundry list of things they wanted to do that I wasn’t interested in. They don’t take my insurance so I chose to not return and pay out of pocket again. However they continue for years now to spam me with texts about open appointments for the day… sometimes sending me multiple texts a day. I text back “stop” to opt out but they just ignore my wishes and bombard me with texts. It’s insane! I wish I never went here, it’s not worth the spam I receive on the daily. Don’t badger your patients or in my case your former patience. Good riddance now go away… please!

I traveled from New York to Connecticut and I was suggested this dentist, I honestly have hated going to the dentist so therefore I would never make it to my appointments. I finally went to get a clean up and I was treated extremely well. I honestly no longer have a problem in going to see the dentist as long as I get to go here. Thank you so much for your help and patience with me!

Dr. Sideris is one of the best dentists I have ever visited. I was having unexpected pain in one of my teeth, and he came in extra early to accommodate me the following day, as it was getting close to Thanksgiving, and I wanted to make sure I didn’t have an infection or a crack in my tooth. I highly recommend him!
