Not impressed with the assistant. For the cost of treatment, the hardware installed should not fall of a persons teeth within hours of installation. To top it off, the assistant does not apologize for the enormous inconvenience of having to take time off work and school to return to have shoddy work corrected. Instead, they berate and blame the customer for eating something they shouldn’t have (which did not happen!) Poor customer service and care. No apologies offered. None. Where has good customer service gone?
