Made an appt weeks ago and was asked what I have for insurance I said husky they said okay and made me an appt. Aspen dental calls to confirm my appt and asks what I have for insurance and I say husky. They tell me they do not take husky and I was confused because when I made the appt I was told they do. She responds with well that’s a call center in California so they don’t know. Why do you use a call center that doesn’t even know what you do and don’t accept for insurance? I’m glad this didn’t work out because clearly this business doesn’t communicate anything. Thanks for wasting my time. I’d like to add I’m not mad they don’t accept my insurance I’m mad it wasn’t told to me weeks ago because I would have just found a dentist that does take it weeks ago. You suck aspen dental!!!!

In a rush to get you in, in a rush to work on everything and in a rush to go over the bill after making you wait for an hour to talk. That way you don’t notice they’re over charging you. My experience was ok at best but at least one of my fillings has holes in it because they were in a rush to get to the next patient. I’m over am hour away and expressed my desire to get everything done in as few visits as possible. My husband’s experience is closer to a horror story. Insurance covered a good portion of my bill, and we have the same insurance, so when he comes home to tell me he owes over $2,000 I was blown away. Somehow they convinced my husband that our insurance does not cover adults. It most definitely does, because it covered me. They were just looking for a big payout because they conned him into signing their contract at a 30% APR and told me I can’t talk about his bill even though he signed the form for me to be able to. Very disappointing to say the least, and now we’re strapped paying for a bill that insurance should have covered.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Kavita Sharma and her wonderful team they all made me feel so welcome the level of support and caring that I received from them all was amazing.I know what I needed to get done was a long process but Dr.Kavita Sharma and Alex.R was right by my side the whole time, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed as well and as of the payment Saydee and Keisha took wonderful care of calling Both of my insurance so I would not have to worry about that particular part of the process. I would definitely recommend this place and wish I could give them more stars. I hope this helps with anyone who’s looking for a dentist.

I had a partial plate done. Two years ago I paid a portion and mercenary Aspen arranged for my insurance mercenary Aetna to pay the rest.Well I got my plates which were second rate at best. I paid my agreed upon portion. and all was well. After a year I lost the partial , got an appointment with Aspen, and an hour before the appointment they called and said there was a balance on my account. I said that’s impossible! Well they never got reimbursed by the insurance company they negotiated with and said it was my responsibility to pay the balance because the insurance criminals wouldn’t . So I couldn’t have an appointment. Morale to the story one mercenary company can’t work with a mercenary Insurance company, so put the responsibility on the patient ! Beware!!!
